What is the estimated time to build the site?
My time is my most valuable resource. From previous experience, the initial design and layout takes the longest amount of time, followed closely by content collection. If content is provided immediately, the turn around time will be much sooner. I have produced complete landing pages in under 24 hours, and medium sites within a week. My ultimate goal (if necessary) is to have a site completed within 30 days if you are unable to promptly provide content.
How can I receive an exact estimate?
Upon completion of my Site Planning Form, I will be in contact with you through any of your provided information. The Site Planning form gives me a better look into what you are hoping to achieve from your site, as well as features included.
What is the Payment Procedure?
After agreeing to terms and conditions, my policy is 50% upon starting (at minimum), and 50% upon website completion (site going live). This ensures a commitment on both ends, and guarentees a quality product.
How many design revisions are possible? What happens if I don’t like the initial design?
One of my primary goals is to ensure that you receive a site that you are incredibly proud to utilize. If you don't like the way something looks, I will change it to meet your vision. The end product is YOUR WEBSITE, and strive to provide incredible customer service/satisfaction.

Website Hosting Monthly Fee - Only Applicable if I were to host your website.

Website Maintenance Monthly Fee - Covers any minor updates such as adding a new picture, changing text on site, etc. Any larger requests are to be priced based on estimated time/content added.

I am extremely satisfied with the end product that Collin produced.
